One of my favourite dishes; quick, simple and delicious. Smoked Salmon Rarebit is one of those dishes that you can enjoy all year round. Follow the recipe below for this timeless classic.
Ready in 30 minutes.
- Flake Hot Smoked Salmon into a bowl, zest the 2 lemons into the salmon then add the cheddar, crème fraiche and paprika and chopped fresh dill into the mix.
- Take the sourdough bread slices and char grill on 1 side with a drizzle of olive oil, then place the combined salmon mix on top of the char grilled bread and place under a grill for 2-3 minutes.
